Plan, Do, Check, Act cycle 1 Talk about your idea with anyone impacted (a.k.a. "stakeholders".)
2 Complete a Proposed Solution Card to the best of your ability.
3 Review - your idea will be reviewed by the MHCI Core Team and a facilitator will be assigned to assist your team.
4 Execute the idea and test using PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) tools.
5 Measure your success.
6 Celebrate! You've made an improvement to an MHCC process.
7 Repeat.
