Description
This course introduces students to the integral parts of a roof system,
including waterproofing the top and interior wall of a parapet with sheet
metal. Students fabricate and install wall flashing specific to the roof.
Different types of roof systems that dictate how to design flashings for
keeping a building dry and the effects of water flow on the installation of
sheet metal flashings are covered.
