Description
In this course students are taught the principles of heating and cooling. The
Properties of air and the effects of varying amounts of heat and moisture are
discussed. The different types of fans and the application of fan laws are
reviewed. The various components from the unit to the diffusers and the types
of duct systems are identified. Students continue to build shop skills of
layout and fabrication as they produce Drop Cheek Elbows.
